We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our pieces.

We accept items for exchange if it is defective. There are no refunds unless you have received a defective piece. But if you ordered the wrong size we offer exchanges. 
Exchange Policy
To start an exchange, you can contact us at guwapgaloreinfo314@gmail.com, or our instagram(we reply faster here) Please note that once we receive your request we will send you a shipping label via email.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 
Can not be returned if worn or has an odor,must have original packaging. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Must be within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds

We allow refunds within 14 days of your purchase. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/ exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
